The Team
Headland Project Management is dedicated to providing
its clients with outstanding, professional service at all

The team is led by David Buisson who has over twenty years
experience of successfully managing projects and programmes
throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
David is a very engaging and dynamic personality who, through
his work in many countries around the world, has developed
a very successful methodology in what ever work he and his
company undertakes.
He has worked with thousands of individuals and as such is
an extremely effective communicator, facilitator and business
advisor.

The Vision
Our vision is very simple in that we aim to add value to our
clients business whether this be through project specific
work, business process re-engineering, defining strategies
or any other assignment required.
Prior to undertaking any assignment we will discuss this in
detail with the client to ensure we are the best fit for their
business and will not take on work simply to fill the order
book.
